Tuesday, December 30, 2014. It's been a long time since anyone has posted to this blog, a testament to all the hard work we've been doing, both in school and training! In just 3 days we'll pack up and head to the Colorado Mesa Invitational on Grand Mesa for our first USCSA Qualifier. This is one of the best races of the season with amazing snow and fantastic trails! We have a 1.5km skate sprint on Saturday January 3 and a 10km classic on Sunday January 4. Great fun to be had by everyone! Skier of the Week.

It was a little hard to feel deserving of this big privilege. We represent so well though because we are the real student athletes, we are all fully immersed in our class work at home and in our skiing and in our fundraising and in our lives. 30 Km is a long way to ski.
