Laithwaite’s – eCommerce Optimisation. Laithwaite is an international online retailer selling wines by the case. The brief was to optimise the products presentation by reflecting the product details and facilitating the transactions from the products list view, in line with the system's legacy. The results were achieved by using HCI principles: adjacent grouping of product and transactional information, transaction items are sequentially positioned, buttons are larger for an easier use.

BBC Radio 5 – Mobile App Concept. The brief from BBC R&D was to produce the concept of a mobile App allowing users to follow sports events whilst performing other tasks (working or studying for example). One of the business requirements was to re-use and link existing BBC content. As a workgroup, we proposed an App allowing users to follow sports matches and to access rich content linked to sports events. The content relevance is determined using user ratings. MSc Human Computer Interaction and Ergonomics.

BT – Careers Portal. Re-design of the BT careers portal to cater for job applications across all locales where BT is present. The approach consisted in gathering and expanding business and user goals through desk research. A competitors analysis of large organisations such as Coca-cola, IBM, Microsoft allowed to identify the opportunity for BT. User journeys were translated into a simple sitemap. Wireframes were designed and rationalised into three versatile templates. Agency: Crayon London (Karmarama).
