http://hollyanderic.blogspot.com/2008_01_01_archive.html
Our Adventure To Ethiopia. Saturday, January 26, 2008. This has been a difficult week for us. For a while now, we have been contemplating whether or not we should keep our application in Uzbekistan. Our agent wasn't giving a clear answer on when to expect referrals, and the information we were getting about UZ. Seemed to be getting less and less clear. In an effort to get more info, Eric contacted an agent at another agency this week. She told him that the minimum wait for a child in UZ. I know there are...

Finding Baby Opie: My babies got shot...
http://hollyanderic.blogspot.com/2008/09/my-babies-got-shot.html
Our Adventure To Ethiopia. Tuesday, September 16, 2008. My babies got shot. By a very talented photographer, I might add. Check out these photos that my oh-so-talented sister-in-law took over the weekend. It's like she went over each baby with a fine tooth comb, and highlighted each and every sweet detail on their bodies. Ohhhh. I'm in love with my babies all over again! Check out her photography here. If you're in southern California, maybe she could work some magic for you too! They are so precious!

Finding Baby Opie: December 2007
http://hollyanderic.blogspot.com/2007_12_01_archive.html
Our Adventure To Ethiopia. Sunday, December 30, 2007. Since I last wrote, we have completed our dossier! It was dropped in the mail in early November, and we are currently waiting for it to arrive at the Uzbek embassy. I'm just praying that by some miracle we'll still only have to take one trip. It's not just the added cost of taking more trips over there, but that Eric may not be able to take that much time off work. I cannot imagine going to get the baby without him! Keep your fingers crossed for us.
