Monday, June 27, 2005. Today I would like to suggest healthy dessert which everyone can do.It is mixed fruits that benefit for yourself. Let's go to see our. 2 cups (1 pt.) fresh blueberries. 2 bananas, peeled and sliced. 2 cups (1 pt.) strawberries. 2 cups seedless grapes. 2 nectarines, quartered. 1/3 cup orange juice. 2 tbsp. lemon juice. 1 1/2 tbsp. honey. 1/2 cup slivered almonds. 1) Clean and combine fruit. 2) Just before serving, mix together the orange juice, lemon juice and honey.

Strawberry Jelly Fruit Salad. 1 Strawberry flavoured gelatine 100 g. 2 Fruit salad 1 can. 1 Add 1 cup of boiling water to strawberry gelatine and stir until dissolved. 2 Add one more cup of cold water and stir. 3 Pour into mould ,bolw or ice tray and put in the refrigerator until the jelly are firm. 4 take them out of the mould ,bolw or ice tray then spill 2 - 3 spoons of fruit salad over the jelly. Sunday, August 21, 2005. 3 oz cherry gelatin. 1 cup boiling water. 6 oz can frozen lemonade. 3 cups cold water. 1 qt cranberry juice, chilled. 2 trays of ice cubes. 1 pint ginger ale, chilled. Fruit flavored sherbet, optional. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in lemonade. Add cold water and cranberry juice. Place in large bowl with ice cubes or in molded ring. Pour in ginger ale just before serving. Add balls of sherbet if desired. Makes about 25 servings. Monday, August 15, 2005. 1 green tea bag.

Thursday, July 07, 2005. Spaghetti with pork and tomato sauce. 1 Spaghetti 1 package. 2 Red onion 3. 4 Pork 100 Gram. 6 Tomsto sauce 1 Bottom. 7 Butter 2 pieces. How to cook :. 1 Boil spaghetti in a pot about 15 minutes. 2 During boiling. Slice onion, red onion and garlic. Then fry 2 pieces of butter, pork, onion, red onion and garlic in a pan. 3 When it's ripen, fill tomato sauce and fry again. 4 Pour off the spaghetti in dish and spill tomato sauce to cover the spaghetti.
