Flu-ish, but I'm not surprised considering almost everyone in this city has been sick. On the bright side, I don't eat lol. My throat hurts, but I am drinking orange juice, so eventually those calories will total up. Wednesday, November 11, 2009. To cold, wet Vancouver. 1st thing I did when I got back on Monday? Ran downstairs, into the mall, went to tacotime, grabbed a Veggie Burrito combo with a diet coke. Got home, split the portions in half and poured diet coke on the other half and threw it it the garbage. Ate the other half and then threw it up. AndI loved it. Saturday, November 14, 2009. The trip to the doctor. Ah, so last night I took about 30mg or more of melatonin. . . First I took 2 pills.didn't work, thne took 3 a couple hours later and fell asleep. I've been having really bad anxiety lately and trouble sleeping.I thought it was the puking, lack of water, and excersise, but yesterday I ate and did everything right but couldn't sleep and felt like my heart was going to jump out of my chest. Wednesday, October 28, 2009. I'm sitting here in Progresso, in Aglipay, Quirino, Philippines. A 10 hr drive from the capitol city Manila. No joke I'm out in the middle of no-where. They're are no land lines in my area, just cellphone, and even then my phone picks up a signal every now and then. I've woken up, and have a daily ritual of drinking coffee because diet coke is a rare find here. Wake up at 5AM to roosters and sit on a porch and drink coffee. I would kill for a cig too.
