Cooks for a Crowd. Wednesday, July 27, 2011. I made these Charred Corn Tacos. For dinner last night. They were uber-yummy, even though I persist in calling it "scorched corn" for no apparent reason. And despite the fact that I forgot to add the chili powder and feta. But did add some red bell pepper when I added the "scorched" corn. Do you know how many times you can type "scorched" before it looks weird? Twice You can type it twice before you start doubting yourself and spell check it. And google it.

Cooks for a Crowd. Tuesday, January 21, 2014. Three weeks in and I love this diet. I'm not a proselytizer.so I'll just tell you what I love about it for me. 1 I never feel deprived. I think if I was more stringent about fats, I'd be losing weight more quickly, but it is way way easier for me to stick to an eating plan where I'm always full. 2 I really do have more energy.
