The Vagabond Photographer

I did some more experimentation last night with long exposure night photography. I shot this with the Canon G12, 15s exposure at f/6.3, ISO 100. I hid a remote flash behind the rock waterfall, pointed up to get some illumination of the underside of the umbrella. I did a bit of editing using Snapseed on the iPad, but not too much. I really like how this turned out. Yesterday’s photo, rendered in line-and-ink. I think I like this version better. Happy July 4th from The Vagabond Photographer. Page 1 of 49.

Working with Amanda was absolutely amazing. Admittedly, I'm extremely awkward in front of a camera but her direction and demeanor made me feel extremely comfortable and our session flew by! I've admired her style from afar for quite some time, so it was a dream come true to finally get to work with Amanda and her team.
