Blollings: BlOg RoLL!
http://blollings.blogspot.com/p/blog-roll.html
Award winning travel writing! Currently broadcasting from central Seville. Some blogs I've been reading. Stumbling up that hill. Blog by a friend who writes better than I do. Best fashion blog I've found, where the basis is choosing clothes you bloody love with wild abandon and without caring whether or not they actually look "good". I know a little place in Seville. Loads of great tips for Seville (mainly tapas). Feminist blog that's sometimes funny and sometimes militant. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Occasionally questionable wisdom from the past. MILK LEMONADE. Oh yes, you heard me. February 24, 2017. Who knew that two such innocent little words could summon so much horror together? And yet, here we are. This is another happy creation from the circus of horrors that is the 1929 Selfridge’s Household Encyclopaedia. Monstrous women some theories! Posted by Else Thomson. September 4, 2016. Horror films are said to evoke our deepest fears and gut feelings but what about the use of women and girls in this genre? What roles have they played and what part in the narrative do they still occupy? Monstrous woman in I Spit on Your Grave. Possessed mother in Rosemary’s Baby. Horror, shame and humiliation in Carrie. Why I chose not to have children | Park Bench Poet
http://www.parkbenchpoet.co.uk/2012/09/why-i-chose-not-to-have-children.html
Lifestyle Editorial Poetry Journalism. Why I chose not to have children. I know what most of you will be thinking. The majority of people I have discussed this with have looked at me in pity with a knowing look in their eye, and told me 'give it a few years; you're still young yourself' (wink optional). If I had a pound for every time this had happened, I wouldn't have written my last post. Although I guess I am. 6 September 2012 at 15:12. Really good post and a lovely blog xx. 6 September 2012 at 15:38.

Carol Ann Duffy- Rapture | Park Bench Poet
http://www.parkbenchpoet.co.uk/2013/02/carol-ann-duffy-rapture.html
Lifestyle Editorial Poetry Journalism. Carol Ann Duffy- Rapture. A terribly small photo, but I have a different version of this book at home and the cover is not as appealing, so couldn't take a larger picture of my own copy! I have mentioned before that Carol Ann Duffy is my favourite poet ever. I love everything that she writes. You know when you read or listen to something that you just click with, and it has you nodding like a fool the whole way through? I want you and you are not here. I pause.
