Thursday, January 8, 2015. 2014 Hampton Roads Acceptable Signage Trip, Part 1. Since my own experience in northern Hampton Roads is mostly confined to I-64 and I-664. VA 321 begins ahead at SR 613. SR 615 is the convoluted Ironbound Road, which was made discontinuous by the VA 199/321 interchange. To continue eastbound on it from SR 613 you have to use VA 321. Beyond VA 199, VA 321 goes into the city of Williamsburg and serves the College of William and Mary. I left VA 199 at US 60 and headed east. VA 10...
