Socks from stash club. This sock club offers a chance to use the jewels of our sock stashes. We pick a skein from stash each month and knit socks with it. Friday, July 3, 2009. I finished my socks just in the nick of time for the Cookie KAL. This month. Oh the pressure! I don't usually do stuff like that but the lure of winning sock yarn was just too much. (not that I need anymore). Alas, I did not win, but I have another pair of socks. 2- 50g balls of Sunshine (how appropriate). Needles: 2.5mm dpns.

Socks from stash club. This sock club offers a chance to use the jewels of our sock stashes. We pick a skein from stash each month and knit socks with it. Wednesday, September 22, 2010. It was a Purple Summer. I made two pairs of socks during the summer, both of which I made for my friend Judy in return for her bead stash (I'm also obsessed with bead weaving with a needle). I entered them both. In the North Idaho Fair and won blue ribbons. She picked purple yarn for this pair. Addi Turbo Circular size 2.

52 Pair Plunge II. Off the DEEP END with DPNs (or circs). Pattern: Shifty from Knitspot. Yarn: Socks that Rock Lightweight Purple Rain. Started on: Jan 29th. Finished on: Feb 7th. These were quick and fun to knit. The pattern was easy to memorize. I posted that in the worng Blog! Today is a great day to refelect on the happenings around us! 52 Pair Plunge II. Off the DEEP END with DPNs (or circs). Dunegrass and hubbyhouse, 14, 15. I have had a really bad luck with socks this month. First, I ordered some needles. I have extremely loose hand, so I need sock needles that are smaller than 2mm to knit socks with right gauge. Yes, yes, I know, I haven't spoken of much else this month. Anyway, I started knitting Dune grass socks. I have used two days to try to knit one effing sock leg! I also made my dearest husband Hubby House Socks.
