New openings to Scandinavia. VäkeväCollective was selected to represent Finland in Tradition for Tomorrow festival in Iceland. The event was held in the town of Akureyri in August 20 to 23. In mid-November the collective will head for Stockholm, Sweden, to perform in Nordic Folk Culture Congress. The congress is hosted by Stockholm University of the Arts together with Nordlek.
