Wednesday, January 21, 2015. Someone wish me a better 2015 on my birthday. I have to admit how 'unlucky' I was and also how 'lucky' I am. I used to have a long list of resolution all plan out way before the new year arrive. This year, I'm too busy or lazy to set even one. Now I'll try listing them down. Travel: Korea, Taiwan (trying my best to cut down travels. So. not very greedy this year). Save X amount of money. Work extremely hard for pole (after graduation). Pole list: Iron X/ Deadlift. and more.

Sunday, April 21, 2013. Vietnam Vol.1 (HCM). Drafted a post last night but there's problem with the html thing and now everything is gone! Nvm I'll retype everything out. Hopefully better than last night because I anyhow. was super tired while blogging last night LOL. People usually leave the best for last but I've decided to post the best reason to visit Vietnam! Thursday, January 9, 2014. Study or change job. Not that I hate this place. Even though I rant all the time but no. I will be back definitely. just that I need a break away from here). Participate in pole dance competition/performance. Refrain from traveling to ASIA countries. Well I see this coming already but I'm really trying to limit myself with. Asia stop for the year? Just the beginning of the year and I already took up 2 slots HAHA damn can I change to 5? Visit a city where the sun meets the sea.

Then she mentioned is the body look leaner meaning not so much flabby fats and arms look toner :x. Ok well I did felt a bit different but the changes still far from what I wanted! I changed my exercise routine in the gym! Used to attend a lot of different dancing classes, but I don't see any effect in slimming down even though it is enjoyable!

Kiasu or kiasi me decided to go gym to burn those fats! 3 consecutive days to gym is no joke. My whole body is breaking apart but hard works paid off! I managed to shed away that extra kilos! Met up my friends last week and some of them commented I have slimmed down but my weight still not my desired one. I do feel my body is toner and tummy flatter a bit. With Love, Kris.
