I watch alot of Martha's food segments. I can't help it, she's the only felon I know that cooks while pretending to be an aristocrat. But I digress. 1/3 cup all-purpose flour. 2 pounds ricotta cheese. 1 teaspoon orange zest. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 C AP flour added to the original. 1-8oz package cream cheese softened.
