On the weekend before Christmas the Valentine Singers, along with their Community Chorus, gave a traditional carol concert in St Andrew’s Church, Ilford. Valentine Singers Christmas CD. Valentine Singers first CD. Read music at Southampton University and subsequently studied at the Guildhall with Norman Beedie. Her freelance career in music involves her in many aspects of music making and education within the community; she gained an MA in this field in 1997. In 1998 Christine became musical director of the Valentine Singers with whom she has performed a wide range of music, from oratorio and part-songs to musicals and opera. A project-based youth choir.
