Gary's Heart Transplant Blog. Wednesday, August 17, 2011. Hello Again Friends,. I am back from my trip. I saw Dad today at lunch and he is doing well. He was quiet but well. I guess he is climbing stairs now! I was just there a few minutes, but everything really seems to be going well. I can't believe how far he is coming since this nightmare started. It seems like it has been a lifetime, especially since I was gone for a week! I will post again in a couple of days. Still no kidney function.

Gary's Heart Transplant Blog. Monday, August 8, 2011. Oh his biopsy last week came back fine. No rejection! I will be out of town for a week. I will try to update any new info once during the week- unless its impossible. If anything changes I will be sure to get Krista to post for me, but I anticipate all will be about the same. Gary's Heart Transplant Blog. Friday, July 29, 2011. Dad is doing great! He is getting even stronger! He is doing his therapy and his dialysis and getting through it all! Nothing has changed but his strength! I anticipate his coming home date will stay at August 10th. Now will we and the house be ready? Wednesday, July 27, 2011. After the appointment that never happened we took him by home. he was glad to get to see his house again! I can't wait to have him home. I miss things the way they used to be.
