Demesha Challenge Day 3 and DENIAL. On Thursday, July 16, 2009. Yesterday I went for 65 minutes on the elliptical! Not only was I proud of my time, but I went farther than I did on Monday ( see my progress by comparing photos. And I did it at a higher intensity AND I burned 1000 calories.
