Wednesday, September 30, 2009. Yes, the capital punishment is a good solution to reduce criminality because a thief doesn`t have any possibility to steal or to do the crime again. If one person wants to steal or to kill, the person should to think better before to do bad action. Also there is not stadistics that check that with capital punishment are lower crimes rates.
