The official Site of. Valley Falls State Park. Kayaking is a popular water sport. To run the Tygart River in Valley Falls State Park a Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement must be completed. Only inflatable kayaks or fiberglass kayaks only, along with all proper safety equipment, is allowed. The agreement is available here for review, download and printing.
