I have seen the increase and decrease with my own eyes, just was not sure of the extent of the numbers. ARMLS (Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service) which tracks every home listed by agents. Numbers not included would be private sales and for sale by owners. I have noticed a decrease in my showings even the ones that are priced to sell quickly.
