Rich wants us to put up the fake tree he got on sale at Kmart. 6, he's very proud of that), but I want a real tree. Rich grew up having fake trees and thinks their great, and I'm sure they are. But I grew up with real Christmas trees. And if you had to choose between some dusty, fake, plastic tree.or this lovely tree, which would you pick? You'd pick this tree!

Monday, December 26, 2011. Ugly Sweater Party and Christmas 2011. The ugly Christmas sweater party was a success but I don't think Mom got the memo about the "ugly" Christmas sweater part. I complimented Denise on the wonderfully heinous sweater she was wearing (below) and told her that she could sell it on Ebay for a hefty sum because it looked like Christmas threw up on her. Mom overheard me and said "HEY! Sweater and it's not ugly. I just wore that to church on Sunday! What a cute little manager scene.

Nobody Likes a Whiner. Friday, August 29, 2008. This is May 30th, when we planted the garden. Look at those tiny plants. And this is today! It's been so much fun watching everything grow and produce fruit. Of all the plants I put in the ground only one died. I will definitely do one next year. Next time, no peppers (what was I thinking? Fishin', Four Wheelin', and the 4th of July. My Blog is a MESS! Anyone that's an expert, help me find out how to work this bloody thing! These pictures are all over the place and I can hardly title :(. We spent 3 days this week camping with Mike's parents and sister and her kids. We had a great time! Kids "caught" their FIRST fish! We had some fun 4wheelin' rides, playing in the creek, eating way too much, fun times with cousins, and staying up well past bedtime! Spottin' the fish jumpin'. Creek time ;).

Friday, May 11, 2012. On April 27th, 1996 my Beautiful baby girl Callie Anne was born. We celebrated her 16th birthday a week ago and I wanted to share a few pictures from that auspicious day. Callie with some of her gifts. The giraffe and flower pictures are water color paintings a friend made for her. I thought that was very sweet and thoughtful of him. I bought Cal a Victoria Secret "Pink" jacket she wanted and a Diamond Candle as a surprise. What is a Diamond Candle you ask? Callie, Makenzie and Devri.
