The Patrick Henry Caucus endorses conservative candidates and has endorsed Mike Thompson for Representative in our district. Article VI, Chapter 6 of the Utah Constitution has been misinterpreted by the Utah legislature and should preclude someone from a Utah university from serving as a State Representative. Democrats could challenge the validity of the nomination and then get the seat.
