Πρόκειται για δύο τουριστικές παραδοσιακές, πετρόχτιστες κατοικίες τον "Ερωτόκριτο" στ' αριστερά και την "Αρετούσα" δεξιά, χτισμένες σε μιά έκταση 1300 τμ. Στα 120 τ.μ. η κάθε κατοικία, μοιρασμένα σε δύο επίπεδα, με τρία υπνοδωμάτια, δύο μπάνια, κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία, καθιστικό, μεγάλες βεράντες, με υπέροχη θέα βουνό και θάλασσα, μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν έως 6 άτομα η κάθε μία και έως 12 συνολικά.
