Adventures with Jaxson and Tyson. Jaxson in the NICU. Wednesday, July 28, 2010. Ft Collins. Day 1. We spent 3 days in Ft. Collins on our vacation just to visit. and to see if it's someplace we'd like to live someday. We loved it! It's a "cute college town", but big enough that it's not just about the college. Plus it has 5 breweries. how can we go wrong? Practicing driving the stroller. Not very happy with his driver. With our friend Chance who used to live in Ft. Collins. Everyone else getting a snack.

Here are the pictures from Christmas Eve. we had a very nice time with Shawn's family at his grandmother's house. It was the start of a very busy weekend for us, by Sunday we were all exhausted! Adventures with Jaxson and Tyson. Jaxson in the NICU. Saturday, August 14, 2010. On our way from Ft. Collins to Steamboat Springs, we went through the Cache la Poudre River Canyon. It was a beautiful drive, thus the "scenic" designation. We took our time, stopping along the way to skip rocks in the river, hike, and have a picnic. Shawn giving Jaxson a lesson in rock skipping. Tyson getting his toes wet (and Jaxson getting his whole body wet! Cool geology (love that stuff). Getting packed up for a hike.

Of course, I had to spectate this year but Shawn did a great job carving all 3 pumpkins! The first two were the best. I think he lost some inspiration by the time he did the third! Adventures with Jaxson and Tyson. Jaxson in the NICU. Saturday, April 10, 2010. Wow I need to get caught up again! As you can imagine, having 2 little ones keeps you very busy! It's hard to find a free moment to blog anymore. Tyson had his 4 month check up last week and he weighed 14 lb. 6 oz! He measured in the 50th percentile for his real (not adjusted) age. The doctor thinks he's pretty much "caught up" with babies of the same age, which is great since he was a preemie. 6 weeks early. Give him a hug?

His brother Tyson arrived 6 weeks early on November 27th, 2009. Despite the rough start for both boys they are doing great now!

Adventures with Jaxson and Tyson. Jaxson in the NICU. Sunday, November 29, 2009. Tyson James is here! Just a quick post to say that Tyson James Glowacki arrived unexpectedly Friday morning November 27th at 1:40 am. He weighed 5 lb 7.5 oz and is 17 inches long. He is in the NICU doing well and is breathing on his own. He will be working on learning to eat and gaining weight before we can take him home. Hopefully that will be soon! That's all that matters. I will post pictures when I go home and am able.

Adventures with Jaxson and Tyson. Jaxson in the NICU. Friday, July 31, 2009. A day at the park. 2 More days to vote. Boy or Girl? First a baby update. I have an ultrasound on Monday with my high-risk Dr. and hopefully we will find out the sex of the baby! Shawn gets to go with me on that appt. lucky guy! I will post more updates on that Monday! Since one of Jaxson's favorite activites is going to the park, we braved the heat last Saturday and did just that! Especially this big white guy. On a Hot Day.
