The construction and the building on the Durban beachfront is nearly finished. Or at least, there is going to be enough done to look like its complete, and to impress the tourists for the soccer world cup! We shoud end up with an amazing promenade, though. The May HCC outing was to get the sunrise at Rocky Bay.
