A little bit about our family. Saturday, July 4, 2009. Motel Time - June 13, 2009. We headed up to Michigan on June 12 for Joel and Sarah's wedding. While we were up there we stayed at a Super 8 in Hudsonville, headed to the Great Harvest Bread Company and walked out with five bags of bread. We did have a few strange glances cast our way, but we didn't care. :). When we got back to the hotel we took a few pictures. Jesse relaxing on his air mattress bed and browsing the internet. 40 and loving life. Tuesday, February 2, 2010. We just got back from an awesome cruise to Key West, Grand Cayman and Jamaica with the kids and their friends Derrick and Ashley. After a day at sea full of eating, playing cards and watching shows we docked at Grand Cayman. I LOVE Cayman! We had a great time and it helped make this never ending winter feel just a little bit shorter. :-). Lido deck on our ship the Freedom, we got to watch the playoff games on that big screen which was pretty cool.

A little bit about our family. Sunday, January 10, 2010. The past eleven years we have trecked out to Vander Streek Acres and tromped through the tree fields looking for the perfect Christmas Tree. Christmas 2009 was no different. Our Mission: Find the perfect Christmas tree. Armed with only a saw and w0rk gloves, we set off. We found suspects from the smallest. However, none fit the description we were looking for. Tim took a break to oversee the others and wait to hear news of a possible tree.

A little bit about our family. Sunday, July 11, 2010. Sorry it has been so long since we last updated. We have gotten so busy and there has been little time to sit and think about blogging. With that said, here is the abbreviated version of the last 5 months of our lives. March 6 was Katelyn's drill team spring show. Although it was a hard decision, but one made with certainty, Katelyn has decided to leave drill team for the rest of her high school years. Next order of business. At Schoolhouse beach in WI.

40 and loving life. Tuesday, September 29, 2009. We went to Clearwater. Beach last weekend for Curt's niece's wedding. Stacey and Scott live near Tampa and decided they would get married on a yacht down in Clearwater. With just a few friends and family. We stayed right on the beach and had a wonderful time. Curt's brother Dean and his wife Betty, our nephew Marlo and his wife Stef. We got there Thursday night and went straight to a great restaurant. My pictures are backwards but here are some highlights.

40 and loving life. Thursday, January 7, 2010. Here we are snowed in once again and it's only January 7, this is going to be a really LONG winter I'm thinking! 40 and loving life. Friday, July 31, 2009. A couple of pictures from mowing my lawn today that I thought was pretty. Leaders minus the Fosters. Minus a few that couldn't come with us. Curt, Shayla and Kate on merry go round at Toot Toots. Royals game from the nosebleed section. Katelyn w/ a few brave souls are on the ride while Curt and a couple. The guys watched from the ground where your stomach actually stayed where it was supposed too. So that was good for them to see. Missouri at our new favorite YF.
