Tuesday, August 11, 2015. First order of business was deciding on the menu. We knew we wanted five courses and wanted it to be a good variety of foods. I'm a vegetarian and our guest of honor doesn't like fish, so the chef was nice enough to do custom items to accommodate the two of us, while still providing an amazing course for everyone else. It was a little hodge-podge, but at least we all had room. I also managed to get a pic of the dessert before I devoured every last morsel. Links to this post.

Saturday, August 23, 2014. Nobody else in our group got one, yet we paid the same price. Lol! It's so nice for all the cousins to be together in one place at the same time, because we're usually spread out across Texas in different cities. Our kids have an awesome time together too! Other houses in our neighborhood had the same mailbox, so I didn't think much of it. Friday, June 26, 2015. Jude is now 7 months old and barely has begun sleeping more than 3 hours in a row. We literally had 6 months (180 DAYS! Dutch is 3 and a couple months. He's an awesome kiddo. He stays up late, but typically sleeps pretty well. When he wakes up in the morning, he comes into our room with a big smile on his face and announces, "The sun is out! I'm all done sleeping! And blanky (little square blanket) for a shower gift when Connor was born! It was a gorgeous blanket and super soft! He loved being rocked and snuggled up in this SUPER soft blanket.
