Jen's Thoughts: May 2010
http://jensthoughts13.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 6, 2010. Why is there no justice for a father? Few realize the battle one must face. To be trusted by thine children or to. Protect them from the troubles of the world,. That one becomes aware of only in. Age Whether my actions are to be seen. As moral or as wicked, I'm not sure. For the only thing I am sure of is. That my attempts are only out of love. And the fire of protection that is. Alive in parents of both men and beast. For those who question my motives as false,. Words, words, words.

Four eyes, one vision: Rosencrantz.... enough said
http://davidfineblog.blogspot.com/2010/05/rosencrantz-enough-said.html
Four eyes, one vision. Tuesday, May 11, 2010. Rosencrantz. enough said. O gentle Hamlet what affects you so? Is it love at heart or madness of the soul? I love you like my kin but I need coins. Damn my greed but I still love you so. Polonius hath talked so much of you. He sees your face so changed with grief of time. He wants to help but you reject it through. Know that facing pain helps to break the curse. But the spell of illness cures with truth. For living with the pain hurts any man. Macs v. PCs.

Jen's Thoughts: April 2010
http://jensthoughts13.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, April 29, 2010. Ken Branagh Stole the Show. I believe that the Branagh. A final minor detail that has led me to favor Branagh's version is how similar his character's appearances are to those that I imagined they would have. The setting is Denmark, so I would assume that Hamlet and the majority of the royal family would be blond and blue eyed. The other movies portray Hamlet with darker features that I do not think match his heredity. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). To Blog or Not to Blog.

Four eyes, one vision. Thursday, April 29, 2010. Great Success. Almereyda. While all three film versions of William Shakespeare's Hamlet. Present interesting variations (whether in time, cultural examination, and actors) of a man unhappy with his life, only one film stands out as a true representation of cinema. Surprisingly, Almereyda's. Version, which takes place in 2000, trumps the 16 th. Century movie by Zefirelli. As well as the Victorian era version by Ken Branagh. Portrayal of the soliloquy. Is th...
