Thursday, October 7, 2010. You know you're a mom when. I have found myself thinking, "you know you're a mom when." throughout my days lately. It usually makes me smile and I am always happy to find myself in that place (well, almost always). Feel free to ad to the list. 10 the only band-aid in the house is dora, princess or hello kitty. 9 your shirt smells like puke. 8 your car stereo belts "the wheels on the bus". 7 you have more car seats than jeans. 6 you find yourself saying "because I said so".

Saturday, April 2, 2011. Tin Foil Headboard / Sofa Table. I wanted a table underneath my Calendar to hold markers and to help it out a little visually. I looked around for something but it was either too expensive and/or hideous. So, off to the DI we go. My SIL Jen made did this technique to a bookshelf and it turned out A-Maze-Ing so I was looking for something to do. We got the idea from here. And I have so many more ideas from that gold mine. $18 dollars later and this is what I ended up with.

He looked up, gave me a weird look, then ran across the room to find his real mommy. Funny kid :). In a crowded, noisy living room filled with kids, babies, and a movie playing. Saturday, October 9, 2010. Here is our smiley three month old! The last three months have flown by. Ridley is the cutest three month old. So smiley and happy. Most of the time. He still gives an hour or so a day of crying for no reason. But after being cuddled and loved he usually calms down. He still hates baths. Finn loved the water and baths by this age.
