We have an ample and balanced array of food and drinks on offer, which we continuously Supplement with seasonal specialties. AS one of our many specialties we offer the Varusch-Platter , the ingredients of which are produced exclusively in the Engadin. We make fresh Swiss spit roast chicken every day, without prior order. Roasting time = 45 minutes. In order to avoid waiting time, please already order your spit roast chicken on your way up to the Chalet under 081/851 54 54.

The Varusch Chalet can sleep up to 35 people at the entrance to the only Swiss National Park. We offer our guests an unforgettable experience in the rustic atmosphere far from the stress of the every-day lives. For technical reasons we cannot accept any credit cards. The Varusch Chalet is idyllically situated at the entrance of the Swiss National Park at 1771 meters above sea level surrounded by untouched meadows and forests. From our sunny terrace, which provides seating for up to 60 people, our guest can, with a bit of luck, observe the fabulous array of animals of our region, such as marmots, stags, chamois or ibexes, while enjoying some of the regional delicacies which we serve.
