We have just been advised that the Inspector’s Report following the Non-Statutory Public Inquiry held in April 2011, will be referred to the Regulatory Access Committee of B&NES Council, which will meet on Tuesday 25th October 2011 at 10.00am in the Council Chamber in The Guildhall, Bath. We have now been advised that the Consultation has been CANCELLED for the time being. However, as the Consultation may be resurrected, readers may wish to see what was proposed and prepare any comments for submission at a later date. We have been granted a period of time to consider and comment upon the Inspector’s report ending on 22nd September 2011 and, we are actively considering the report at this time. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who supported us with written and verbal witness statements for the Public Inquiry – we couldn’t have done it without you.
