Losing it, using it, choosing it. My journey to make the most of me, with God's help! In the beginning……. Here I stand, 5’6″ 173lb. I know the key for me will be to just start living a healthy lifestyle, exercise without fail, and start prioritizing my well-being, not my every desire. No magic bullet, no sprinting towards my goal. Slow and steady will win the race. I have to do this. Stay tuned…. Current Goal: 162 by 1/1/2014. Ultimate Goal: 145 by 3/1/2014.
