Our Mission and Purpose. Land Trust Work Group. CBFN Annual Fall Retreat. The Chesapeake Bay Funders Network is currently chaired by Jason Halbert of the Oak Hill Fund. Membership is comprised of grantmakers from throughout the mid-Atlantic who are knowledgeable and passionate about Chesapeake Bay watershed issues, and who wish to remain informed about emerging science and policies affecting water quality. Members participate in general meetings and are active in one or more of CBFN's initiative areas.
