http://foodstine.blogspot.com/2009/02/crunchy-chickpea-snack.html
Saw this recipe and had to try it. These are the spices I used, but you could really use whatever. I think next time I will try using curry powder. I had another idea - what if you used sugar and cinnamon? 160;Would the sugar carmelize and give them a nice coating? 160;Or would it burn? 160;I think I'll have to try it! 160;Even if the sugar doesn't work, maybe just cinnamon would be good? 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained. 1-2 Tbs oil (I didn't measure, just poured some on). 1 tsp chili powder.

Foodstine: Stuffed Tomatoes
http://foodstine.blogspot.com/2009/01/stuffed-tomatoes.html
My mom made this recipe first.I think it comes from a Jacques Pepin cookbook. If you already have cooked rice, it doesn't take too long. This tastes really fresh and healthy. 1 15-oz can chickpeas. 1 c cooked rice. 1 Tb minced fresh ginger. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 Tb olice oil. 4 oz fresh spinach (about 3 cups, packed). 1 tsp curry powder. 1 Cut off tops of tomatoes and save them (helps to use a serrated knife to avoid smooshing tomatoes). Carefully scoop out insides and reserve.
