Vegetarian, crafts, handmade, parenting. Here is a very simple balaclava for Miss Prim. She needs hats that are difficult to pull off. She keeps trying though. You can get this pattern from the ottobre design magazine. I got the tip from jucuu’s. Craft blog. I used the leftovers of an IKEA blanket, leftovers because most of it was used for two pouches. I didn’t follow the pattern religiously (that wouldn’t be me, ay? The inside is terry the outside is flannel, the fastening is velcro with laundry tabs.

Vegetarian, crafts, handmade, parenting. Who is a busy mum of 3 soon 4 generously taught me how to make “wire dolls” when I visited her last week. These are tiny, 15 cm dolls made with pipe cleaning wire and wool. It is extremely fiddly, very difficult to stitch those tiny hands/ shoes and of course the hair is difficult too!
