Tuesday, April 21, 2009. Workout 71 - Bike Training - 40 miles - M - 480 - Y - 1631. Today was nice day with temps in the 70s, but with a brisk wind in my fact during half the ride. Saturday, January 31, 2009. Workout 18- Trike Training- 27 miles. The weather today was a bit cooler, in the low 60's. I am not complaining because it was beautiful. I rode around LBK took some side detours that offered some good photo ops. My plan is to go long tomorrow, so I cut this ride somewhat short to conserve energy. Links to this post. I make this at work and it does not last long. Pretty simple to make and a crowd pleaser! 6 Medium beets, wet roasted. 2 Mango, peeled, cubed. 10 Spring onion, dry roasted. 3 Navel oranges, squeezed. Trim the mangoes into large dice and set aside. Make a dressing with the orange juice, lemon zest and cider vinegar.

I must be getting older as they seem to fly by a bit quicker every year. It has been a wonderful year and here are some of the great things that happened:. Moved in with my loving g/f. Started my own web design business (holler if you need web help). Started daily meditation / yoga. Recommitted to the Eat to Live lifestyle. Started the path to self-love.
