My Vegan Chick’n Noodle Soup. Posted by Vegan Bohemian. February 5, 2012. My Vegan Chick’n Noodle Soup. Serves 4 – 8 (makes 8 cups). 4 Not-Chick’n Bouillon Cubes (Vegan). 1 to 1 1/2 cup baby carrots, sliced into rounds. 2 stalk celery, sliced. 1 tsp minced onion. 3 oz dry pasta (was about 1 1/2 cups dry – I still had some of the pretty heart shaped pasta). 1/2 cup cooked Quinoa. 1 – 2 green onions, sliced thin. 1 tbsp fresh Italian parsley, chopped. It was pretty darn tasty! 10 ounces silken tofu. 1 whole banana, cold. 2 tbsp non-dairy milk. 2 tbsp lemon juice (next time I may use 1 tbsp). 2 tbsp pure maple syrup. Here’s a pic of mine that I just made! I put the leftovers in a mason jar, and put that in the fridge =).

Equivalent of 3 eggs. 1/2 tsp. almond extract. 1 tsp grated lemon rind. 1 Tbsp. Vegan margarine. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 1 Tbsp. lemon juice. 8226; In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in the soy milk. Combine with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 cup flour and set aside for 30 minutes. 8226; Add the raisins while continuing to mix. Grease a loaf pan and dust with flour. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

On a chilly autumn morning, there's nothing better than waking up to some warm and cozy apple muffins! 150 gr of Whole Wheat Flour. 80 gr of Brown Sugar. 2 tbsp of Vegetable Oil. 16gr of Baking Powder. 110 ml of non-diary Milk (I used Almond Milk). Pre-heat oven at 400F. Grease your muffin tin. Cut apples in small and thin pieces. Grate the lemon peel. In a bowl, put together the lemon juice and the apple pieces. Spoon the batter in the muffin pan.
