A Vegan AT Thru-hike

A Vegan AT Thru-hike. Thursday, August 7, 2008. Probably done for the summer. I think I'm finished hiking for the summer. I might make it out in the fall though! Cooler weather would be nice. Trail Name: Olive Oil. Wednesday, July 9, 2008. It was fun and we would do it again. I also had a really bad head cold the whole weekend (it lasted long past the weekend too), and wasn't eating much while we were out. I'll be better prepared for hot weather next time. Trail Name: Olive Oil. Wednesday, June 4, 2008.

A Vegan AT Thru-hike: Off the trail

http://veganhiker.blogspot.com/2008/05/off-trail.html

A Vegan AT Thru-hike. Tuesday, May 27, 2008. I'm off the trail, for now at least. I took the train home from Harrisburg, PA yesterday. So I'm hanging out in Boston now. My roommate let me in last nite since I didn't have a set of keys with me and my kitties were happy to see me. I might get back on the trail. I might just hike sections of it over the summer. I'm not quite sure yet, but I don't have to decide right away. Trail Name: Olive Oil. June 4, 2008 at 6:11 AM. I hope you make it down to NC someday!

Kan...

Just another WordPress.com site. December 31, 2010. Happy New Year, fans! Especially to the dreamers, the vagrants, the vegans and the anarchists. Let me leave the embers of 2010 gently fading into the chill night with one of my favourite poems….remember, spring is always just around the corner. I personally would have changed the last line to ‘As happy as if I just had a punch up, followed by frenetic make up sex with Verlaine’ but thats just me. On the blue summer evenings, I shall go down the paths,.

The lodge has a formal dining room, but I don't believe that they have vegetarian options. Shelter Cove Resort: GSD at best. Very limited amount of snack food and non-perishable items. Ollallie Lake: There is a small store at the lake that has somewhat typical GSD. White Pass, WA: GSD. Snoqualmie, WA: GSD. Skykomish, WA: Trail Angel. Monday...

Vegan hip hop movement. This is where food justice with a plant-based/decolonial diet perspective meet hip hop and where we explore the intersections of other animal/human/earth liberation. hip hop is rooted in resistance and rich with experience in fighting for social justice. veganism is about practicing compassion and is motivated by living cruelty-free for the sake of other animals. the fusion of veganism and hip hop is designed to promote holistic activism.
