This is a yummy breakfast lunch or dinner. It adds so much volume to simple scrambled eggs. I hope you like tomatoes! I would say 2-3 eggs and about half a tin of tomatoes per person, but feel free to add more. If your tinned tomatoes are quite watery or runny, you might want to drain some of the liquid away. Another healthy journey, this time as a mum! Part dukan – part paleo – low carb. Scrambled eggs with tinned tomatoes. Veggie and potato stir fry. Take one cauliflower and grate it – I use a tefal express machine but you could use a hand grater (might take a while lol) or a grater insert on your food processor.
