April 8, 2014. This space has been silent for a very long time, much longer than intended. I haven't got my blogging mojo back as yet but I will still manage a post once in a while. Also,it's been so long since I wrote something, I have a major writer's block and I seem to have nothing much to say :). Summer is here and so are the Mangoes. If it is dry add little water to make it as gravy.

Mixed vegetables of ur choice(optional). Small onions - 10 to 12. Red chillies - 6nos. Fenugreek seeds - 1tsp. Coriander seeds - 1tsp. Grated dry coconut (copparai). Channa dal - 1 tsp. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the ingredients for powdering until fenugreek turns golden brown in colour. Powder and keep aside.
