The Dahle Daily: December 2012
http://dahlelife.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Occasional snippets of daily life at the Dahle's. Saturday, December 8, 2012. We decided to stop by the North Pole to see what Santa was up to this Christmas season. We saw Santas of all sizes—there’s this one that’s almost as tall as the trees that you see from the highway; Hazel really liked the one that was just her size. The kids definitely preferred the reindeer to Santa. Especially Hazel, who didn’t seem to mind the cold if she could just stay and watch those reindeer. Good thing we thought it was ...

The Dahle Daily: Alaska Highway Bike Trek
http://dahlelife.blogspot.com/2013/07/alaska-highway-bike-trek.html
Occasional snippets of daily life at the Dahle's. Wednesday, July 24, 2013. Alaska Highway Bike Trek. I just got home from biking 106 miles on the Alaska Highway with 5 other tough Alaskan ladies from our ward! We woke up and pretended to feel rested enough to tackle the next 53 miles back to Delta. The view was gorgeous, like a little piece of heaven! I am so glad that these ladies let me join them despite my utter lack of training! And wow am I sore! Marc and Miriam Deru. Way to go Monette! The Dahle Daily: Max's Vocabulary at 18 Months
http://dahlelife.blogspot.com/2013/09/max-vocabulary-at-18-months.html
Occasional snippets of daily life at the Dahle's. Monday, September 30, 2013. Maxs Vocabulary at 18 Months. We all love listening to Max learn new words every day. Elodie has the distinction of Max learning her name first among the kids, and he still says it most often. (Like when he looks out the window and sees Xander and Elodie walking up the driveway after school, he shouts, Ehhhdeeee! She feels pretty special. Dong (what you say when you're bonking something). The Dahle Daily: Snow way!
http://dahlelife.blogspot.com/2013/09/snow-way.html
Occasional snippets of daily life at the Dahle's. Wednesday, September 18, 2013. September 18, 2013. There's no way I'm letting winter start already. (It's not even technically the first day of autumn yet! We've had such a beautiful, relatively long and warm fall so far- a full month of fall-like colors and temperatures. A lot of the trees still have green leaves mixed in with the gold. It has been gorgeous! But water is still dripping off of the roof so I am hopeful that this won't stick around all day!

Holmes' Sweet Home: Some Adorable Pictures
http://holmesweethome.blogspot.com/2010/03/some-adorable-pictures.html
Saturday, March 13, 2010. These photos were taken by a student of mine last August. We were unable to upload the pictures from the CD on our home computer (it's just a temperamental old computer) but now that I have internet access on my laptop, we can post these pictures! What a great family! Those are just lovely. March 13, 2010 at 9:22 AM. Terrific pictures. That walking picture- the first one- is perfect. Theyre all great. Why was your student taking pictures of you? March 13, 2010 at 12:06 PM.

Holmes' Sweet Home: Ciao from Italia
http://holmesweethome.blogspot.com/2012/07/ciao-from-italia.html
Tuesday, July 10, 2012. On May 26th I was lounging around in my jammies and checking e-mail. I spotted an e-mail from one of Chris's acquaintances entitled "Ciao from Italia." I opened it and read "This may be the strangest question, but what are you doing for the next three weeks? Want to come to Italy and sing Giovanni? I ran into the family room and handed my laptop to Chris. I said, "Is he kidding, or is this real? July 14, 2012 at 7:28 PM. July 16, 2012 at 2:42 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
