Using Ajwain in tadka gives amazing aroma and taste to the subji. Serve with roti, paratha, thepla, or plain rice. 2-1/2 cups Cut Green Beans and make paste of 4 garlic Cloves with 1-1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder. Heat 1 tbsp Olive Oil in pressure cooker and crackle 1-1/2 tsp Ajwain in it. Add green beans with garlic-chili paste, mix. 6 Now pour 3/4 cup milk.
