Ingredienti per 6/8 persone. 1 kg di patate. 500 gr di peperoni. 500 gr di zucchine. 100 gr di mollica di pane. 200 gr di scamorza passita. 2 tuorli d’uovo. Olio extra vergine d’oliva. Prezzemolo, timo, alloro. Lessate le patate in acqua salata per 40′ circa. Poi quando risulteranno morbide scolatele e passatele con lo schiacciapatate.
