Past ook uitstekend bij bloemkool of romanesco. 1 kleine pompoen, geschild en in stukken gesneden. 1 grote prei, in dikke schijven gesneden. 2 sjalotten, gesnipperd. 1 teentje look, geperst. In een pot de sjalot ongeveer 1 minuut bakken in olijfolie op middelmatig vuur. Kruiden erbij, deksel op de pot en verder laten gaar worden. Doe de bloem erbij.
