Vegging at the Shore. Cooking with and for Kids. Food Events & Restaurants. Gadgets, Products & Services. Eggplant Dip with Cumin Potato Chips. January 22, 2015. It's only fair to share. As fate would have it, I turned out to be a girl and was nameless for many days. Even more disappointing to my father was that I didn’t attend Penn State and don’t particularly like football. But I do love the big game coming up for one reason only-food! Cut those open, scoop out the middle and let that cool in a colander.

Veggin' Around the Kitchen
Veggin' Around the Kitchen. Monday, March 7, 2011. This week I'm going to talk about my newfound love; eggplant. Now that you know eggplant a little bit better, lets talk about how you can cook with it. Cut Eggplant in half and scoop out the inside. Cut the inside remains into very small pieces and fry over the stove with a little bit of oil. Add in you favorite ingredients, I used: tomato sauce, mushroom, celery, broccoli, garlic and pepper. When browned scoop your mix into the shell of the eggplant.

Vegging for Health
Wednesday, September 19, 2012. 150] A Week (more like two) In Review. On Labor Day, I rode up to DFW with my dad and baby sister. We were meeting up with my sister (and her little family). Before your mother finds you a zombie! I'm about 102% sure I have found a non-serial killer. Success! It's unfortunate that this happened on such a...

Suburban Block vs One time-poor (and maybe a little lazy) veggie gardener. Sunday, December 1, 2013. How many beans can you grow in two. Square metres of soil? I couldn't tell you yet - I haven't finished harvesting. Wednesday, November 13, 2013. A bumper crop of wax paper bags. I tend to only grow things that are edible or useful, and never just because they are sightly. Nothing probably better illustrates all of these points than my wax-paper bag trees, and this season I'm getting a bumper crop. Light ...

Being a vegetarian in korea. living in chungju. teaching university. Sep 17, 2012. First week(s) of school. And then there was also the awesome moment when I found out that instead of using my office phone number, they opted to just post my personal phone number to every single student. So yeah, not the most stellar start of the semester. That's what makgeolli is good for. But my teaching schedule has enabled me to avoid a welcoming/farewell party of awkwardness, so I can't say it's all bad. And a street...
