Tuesday, 16 February 2010. Suji, Rawa (Semolina) – 1 cup. Curd (Yogurt) – 1 cup. Tomato – 2, medium size, finely chopped. Onion – 1 finely chopped. 3 tsp Coriander leaves (dhaniya). Green chilli, according to taste. Salt, according to taste. Mix semolina, curd and salt and add 3/4 cup water to form batter. Leave the batter for 10-15 minutes so that it may become thick and in the meantime chop vegetables, finely. Add vegetables, green chilli and salt. Mix well. Add more water if batter becomes too thick.

A handful of fresh coriander finely chopped,. 1 tspn Coriander powder,. 1 tspn Cumin powder,. 1 tspn Saunf powder,. 15 tspn Chilli powder,. 1 tspn Green Chilli chopped,. 1 tblspn Oil,. Mix all the ingredients, and knead into a dough not too soft not too firm. Oil your palm and knead the dough until nice and smooth . Roll out thick parathas and roast golden brown on both sides and apply little oil on both side.

Asymp; Lämna en kommentar. Idag lagade jag middag som kändes väldigt ovegetariskt, men som var det. Hade kunnat göra på soja och fått en vegansk mustig gryta. Hade lite rödvin kvar från nyår, så jag letade rätt på ett recept med rödvin och landade i en gryta med quorn, svamp (jag hade champinjoner och portabello), massa lök och lite rotselleri. Serverades med råris. Men såg ju lite ut som en köttgryta. Säkert bra att bjuda köttisar på eller lägga till om man vill äta lite mer veg i vardagen.
