I'm training for triathlons, runs and half marathons. So I’m one month away from doing this…. I’m a little nervous that I may not be able to make it all the way through. Last week I didn’t post, but I ran 12k on my “long run.” This week I didn’t get a chance to train at all! Not one single run, jog or walk. ç. Nonetheless I was able to bang out 14k today. I'm training for triathlons, runs and half marathons. One week before my 1st 10K run! Regardless of that, I went out on Sunday and ran 9K in preparation for my 1st 10K run on Super Bowl Sunday. I’ve only been able to put in 9kms this week for my training, one day a 6K treadmill run and yesterday I did a 3km rum because they were closing the gym on me and I only had 20 minutes to get a run in. I'm training for triathlons, runs and half marathons. 10K in the books! So I completed my 1st test towards my half marathon on March 15th. I ran and FINISHED my first 10K!
