On any feature film extensive planning and coordination is imperative for success. Shot lists and storyboards are essential tools in conveying a director’s vision, but are typically far removed from what the final film looks like. By meticulously framing and lighting every shot of the film in the source filmmaker before starting principle photography we’ll be extremely efficient and get the most out of our time and money during the shoot.

Less bones is my friend. Smear it with some bacon fat or lard. Sprinkle with a little lemon juice, then eat up! This is enough to for about 4 servings. Although usually we all share one fillet, and Marius eats the leftover fillet another day. Cook once, eat twice, yo. 1 lb Wild Salmon Fillets. 2-3 tbsp Bacon Fat or Lard.
