Store layout & element J – furniture design – realized – 2011. Kinki Overtoom needed a restyle. By rearranging the mobile mirrors, we created a small square for extra overview. Replaced a monitor, added a lighting concept for the mirrors and a semi art gallery. The furniture element is placed to reveal the old stairs of the building, making it transparent and usuable from both sides. The color kitchen hooks up perpendiculair.

Two official entrees, flooding marshes and a speeding train can not withhold 100,000 enthusiastic surfers to pass through this unique nature yearly. This must be good! Exedra functions as a rotating tribune, where it can anticipate on the specific performances and be incorporated into performance itself. Three possible scenario’s can take place; an intimate small performance, a large performance within the gate and a large performance outside the gate, the Keldermanspoort.
