This rice goes well with the spicy stir-fry Chinese cabbage. The two are great leftover; place the cabbage and plenty of the liquid broth in a bowl, place a scoop of the rice in the center, heat in the microwave, and enjoy as a hearty soup. 1 medium carrot, finely diced. 1 cup jasmine rice. 1 cup chicken broth.
