Im starting 2015 at a loss but with a gain. January 1, 2015. I am a HUGE junk food eater. I have this crappy little thing called chronic Bronchiectasis. Which really takes a lot out of me on a daily basis. It is something I have dealt with for probably at least 20 years at this point and from the outside you would never know I have it but, on the inside I am struggling. So now – the Elimination Diet. Ok – coffee is still a thing in my world but that will leave in time). Link me to your blog?

January 25, 2015. January 25, 2015. I caved and as I am typing this I am eating some bread. Its organic and locally made and has no dairy so, this is like my “junk food”. Snacking on it with some Earth Balance “butter” and aloe juice. Mmmmmm. I am not allergic to wheat, or wheat products but I do try incredibly hard to restrict it from my diet because of my lung condition. In order to become even more successful at this diet I am starting to strategize my approach, here are some of my new techniques:.
